(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus seeking custody of minor daughter-Arpita Singh alias Naina, who was illegally and forcefully detained by respondents No.4 to 8. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the alleged detenue, namely, Arpita Singh alias Naina, had been handed over to the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition. The same is hereby disposed of.
