An application has been sent to Hon'ble the Chief Justice by Ajeet Singh, which has been taken on judicial side. It is stated in the application on 17.11.2015 at about 6.00 A.M., about 12-13 police officials came to their house and took away servant Mehar forcibly. He apprehended that police may implicate Mehar and applicant's sons Sukhvinder Singh @ Shinder, Kulbir Singh and his grandson Mahanvir Singh, in any false case. Notice of motion was issued and State was directed to file the status report.

The status report by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police (City), Ferozepur has been filed. As per the status report, no such occurrence dated 17.11.2015 as alleged byteh VINEET GULATI 2015.12.24 16:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRWP No.1709 of 2015 -2petitioner, has taken place. The servant or the sons of the applicant are not required by the police in any criminal case. The allegations levelled in the application are false. It is also stated that servant is still working in the house of the petitioner. The statement of Ajeet Singh petitioner has also been recorded and he stated that he filed the present petition under false apprehension and being misrepresented by someone.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances and in view of the status report filed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police (City) Ferozepur, the present petition stands dismissed as no further action is required in this case.
