# Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Hardeep Singh, Police Station City Batala submits that the alleged detenue Jagroop Singh son of petitioner Harbhej Singh, Jat resident of village Kad Gill, Tehsil & District Tarn Taran is involved in transportation of narcotics and has been apprehended on 20.11.2015 by the police of Police Station City Batala in case registered by way of FIR No.120 dated 10.11.2015 under Sections 392/148/149/120:B IPC and Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act and was produced before the Court on 21.11.2015 and since then he was sent to judicial custody and has now been released on bail on 08.12.2015.
