Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance directions to respondents No.1 to 3 for taking legal action against respondents No. 4 to 6.

As per case of the petitioners, they have made representation dated 02.04.2019 (Annexure P2) to the Station House Officer, Police Station, Division No. 3, Tehsil & District Jalandhar only and no endeavour has been made to approach the higher police authority for redressal of their grievance. As such, present petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed. In case petitioners move appropriate representation before the higher police authority and no action is taken thereon, they shall be at liberty to approach this Court again.
