NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Sukhdev Raj of Police Station Amir Khass, District Ferozepur, submits that on 22.11.2015, the alleged detenu Harkishan Lal was arrested under Section 151, Cr.P.C. and was produced before the learned Executive Magistrate on 23.11.2015 and when he failed to furnish the bail bonds, he was sent to judicial custody, but later he furnished the bail bonds and released from the jail in the MEENU 2016.01.06 11:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
