**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to release the salary of summer vacation, in view of order dated 22.12.2017 passed in CWP No. 29890-2017 titled as Rakesh Kumar and others vs. State of Haryana and others (P-4).

Learned counsel submits that pursuant to order dated 22.12.2017 (P4), the necessary relief has already been granted to petitioners of CWP No. 29890-2017.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1 to decide the representation dated 20.11.2016 (P-2) by passing a speaking order, keeping in view order dated 22.12.2017 (P-4). This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
