Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel contends that Full Bench of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the matter of Krishan vs. State of Haryana, 2014 (2) RCR (Criminal) 724 has held that a convict of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, is not entitled to parole/remission etc. and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Ordered accordingly.
