***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU , J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.112 dated 20.11.2017 registered under Sections 465, 467, 468 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Sandaur, District Sangrur.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of order dated 23.02.2018, the petitioner has joined investigation on 21.04.2018 and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

On instructions from ASI Harjinder Singh, the above factual position is duly acknowledged by learned State counsel and stated that the specimen signatures were also obtained and the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no longer required.
