(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 03.03.2016, vide which the learned Family Court, Ambala, Dismissed the application filed by the petitioner under Section 127 Cr.P.C., for enhancement of maintenance amount was dismissed. The case pertains to the year 2016. Perusal of order sheets shows that this matter has since been adjourned for numerous times, either on account of non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner i.e. on 05.07.2016, 07.07.2017, 09.10.2017, 28.03.2018, 09.10.2018 and 26.03.2019 or on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 26.04.2016, 04.10.2016, 17.05.2018 and 15.01.2020. Thus, in view of the above, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant revision petition.

In view of the above, the instant revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
