(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court for quashing of order dated 20.12.2008 (Annexure P-2). A perusal of Annexure P-2 shows that the same is in the nature of intimation sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1 st Class, to SHO regarding the petitioner having been declared a 'Proclaimed Offender' on 20.12.2008. Issuance of such like intimation by the Presiding Officer is required and is a routine affair and no fault can be found in issuance of such intimation by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class. This Court finds that the petitioner, for best reasons known to has not chosen to annex order dated 20.12.2008 which is actually being MOHAN SINGH 2021.08.17 10:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

- 2 - CRM-M-33065-2021 (O&M) impugned i.e. the order vide which she was declared a 'Proclaimed Offender'. In these circumstances, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh by annexing a copy of impugned order dated 20.12.2008. The petitioner to also annex a copy of proclamation notice, a copy of report of serving official, a copy of statement of serving official recorded in Court and copies of zimni orders passed by the trial Court prior to passing of the impugned order dated 20.12.2008 which would indicate the date on which proclamation was ordered to be issued and the orders subsequent to the said date.
