A perusal of the case file would show that on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 18.05.2026 & 20.05.2026, none had caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, the case has been called twice, same is the situation today as well which shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case.
