(Oral) It is submitted by Mr. Brar, on instructions from HC Bhupinder Singh, Police Station Civil Lines, Batala that Lovepreet Singh son of petitioner Nirmaljit Kaur was arrested by the police on 2.12.2015 and produced before the concerned court and is now in judicial custody in case FIR No. 192 dated 2.12.2015 under section 379 IPC pertaining to Police Station Civil Lines, Batala.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present petition and the same stands dismissed.
