Notice was issued to the State.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Head Constable Gurbakhshish Singh, has submitted that FIR No. 13 dated 4.2.2015 under Section 473 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 61 of Punjab Excise Act, 1914 has been registered against Harfool Kumar and another at Police Station Payal, District Khanna. Harfool Kumar was arrested in the said case and is presently on bail.

In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, no ground for further interference by this Court is made out.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
