*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned sanction order dated 30.06.2011 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Assistant Collector Grade-Ist, Punhana and order dated 23.07.2019 (Annexure P-5), passed by learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana.

On 17.10.2022, the following order was passed: "Learned counsel for the petitioner has raised only one argument i.e. while partioning the land in dispute, civil Court decree dated 10.10.2002, whereby, certain land was transferred by the private respondent in favour of the petitioner, has not been taken into consideration.
The said argument cannot be accepted, unless & until, the sanad is placed on record alongwith said decree. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to do the needful.
Adjourned sine die.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
