#$ !% Kuldeep Singh along with his wife Sarabjeet Kaur, claiming to be brother and bhabi of Jasbir Singh @ Sona have made statement before this Court that Jasbir Singh @ Sona, the younger brother of Kuldeep Singh, who is presently lodged in judicial custody, had voluntarily married Gurleen Kaur against the wishes of her family members and that they are willing to keep, look after the girl and would be responsible for her security and well4being. Petitioner Gurleen Kaur too has made statement showing her willingness to accompany the brother of her alleged husband and his wife.    Keeping in view that the alleged detenue Gurleen Kaur is major and has shown her voluntariness to accompany the couple named above, in the light of the same necessary directions are issued for release of Gurleen Kaur from Gandhi Vanita Ashram, Jalandhar from where the couple will take away the girl on their own responsibility. Since nothing survives in this petition, the same stands disposed off.

A copy of this order, duly attested by the Bench Secretary of this Court, be handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. $  "
