Ms. Neha Jain, Advocate and Mr. Simranjit Singh, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Anupam Singla, Advocate for the respondents. **** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) The petitioners, who were working as Drivers and Conductors in PRTC, are seeking over time allowance.

Learned counsel for the respondents, however, submits that the respondent-Corporation had stopped paying the overtime allowance with effect from 01.04.2010 and till 31.07.215, the employees were being given adequate rest in lieu of working overtime. The financial position of the Corporation showed some improvement and with effect from 01.08.2015 the Corporation has started paying overtime allowance to the employees including the petitioners, who worked overtime. He has also filed an affidavit of Managing Director, PRTC, Head Office, Nabha Road, Patiala in this regard, which is taken on record. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, the grievance of the petitioners stand substantially redressed. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

In case of any subsisting grievance, the petitioners would be at liberty to file a representation in this regard to respondents and respondent No.1 on receipt thereof shall pass a speaking order within a period of four months.
