H.S. MADAAN, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not deposited 50% of the maintenance amount, in terms of order dated 09.5.2016 passed by this Court.

Notice of motion was issued on the basis of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner undertakes to deposit half of the total amount before the next date of hearing. Since the undertaking so given and the order passed by this Court in view thereof has not been complied with, the present petition stands dismissed accordingly.
