**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to allow him to join the duties on contract basis on the post of Assistant Manager (MIS) in terms of letter dated 30.09.2016 (P-6) and allow him to continue till arrival of regular candidate.

Learned counsel is relying upon letter dated 30.09.2016 (P-6) whereby State Project Director had written a letter to All District Project Coordinators in Haryana State regarding redeployument of School Information Managers now to be re-designated as Assistant Manager (MIS). In this letter, it has been stated that the School Information Managers earlier recruited and working as such be allowed to continue with the changed nomenclature of Assistant Managers (MIS) on fresh contractual package of Rs.20,000/- per month with 5% increment on year to year basis and asked them to submit their joining report within seven days from the date of their acceptance in writing. Learned counsel submits that petitioner could not join due to lack of information and further the concerned Principal of the School or the Authority of the School had also not informed the petitioner about the said decision. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has approached this Court after a gap of almost 03 years and now an advertisement dated 25.02.2019 (P-12) has also been issued, the present petition stands disposed of and the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the selection process, pursuant to advertisement dated 25.02.2019 and the experience of the petitioner as School Information Manager be also considered.
