Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the order dated 14.03.2005, Annexure P-4, vide which the petitioner was dismissed from service on account of having been convicted for offences under Section 7, 13(2)-49/88 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 2.

This petition was admitted on 25.03.2009 granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application for early hearing after the decision of the Criminal Appeal No.702-SB-2003, which has also been dismissed on 15.01.2013.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite the case having been called out twice.

It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the present case.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
