Present petition has been filed u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, for issuing directions to respondents No.3 & 4 to initiate appropriate action as per law, regarding the complaint in question, as has been recommended in the enquiry report forwarded by the office of respondent No.4 vide its letter No.2839-PC, dated 15.052024 (P-2) to the office of respondent No.3. A further prayer also been made for quashing of enquiry report dated 28.08.2024 (P-3).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedies, as may be available to the petitioner, under the law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as sought and recorded here-above.
