Petitioners are seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 24.7.2006 (P-2) passed under Section 21(2) of the Consolidation Act in compliance of order dated 30.5.1997(P-1) in case no.12/1992 titled as Smt.Phoolwati etc. v Vijay Kumar etc. After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal before appropriate authority. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid .
