*** This petition for interim regular bail has been filed by petitioner Fauja Singh alias Fauji, an accused in F.I.R. No. 219 dated 6.11.2017 for offence under Section 22 of the NDPS Act registered with Police Station Laddowal, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that report from FSL has not been received. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mool Raj admits this fact.

A perusal of the order passed by the Court below goes to show that the judgment passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Inderjeet Singh @ Laddi and others Versus State of Punjab 2014(3) R.C.R. (Criminal) 953 was not taken into consideration while passing that order. Therefore, the petition is disposed of with the observation that petitioner, on approaching Judge Special Court, Ludhiana with application Parvinder Singh 2018.03.16 12:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M No. 7907 of 2018 for grant of interim bail for the reason that report from FSL Mohali has not been received so far, the same be decided in the light of observations made by a Division Bench of this Court in Inderjeet Singh @ Laddi and others Versus State of Punjab 2014(3) R.C.R. (Criminal) 953 within 10 days from the moving of the application.
