The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.05, dated 04.01.2026 under Section 15 of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Parao Ambala Cantt, District Ambala. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the present petition, to surrender before the trial Court and file an application for bail, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case, the petitioner surrenders within 7 days and files an application for grant of bail, the same be decided within 2 days thereafter, in accordance with law.
