(ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the petitioner had gone un-represented for the last two dates i.e. 01.08.2018 and 25.03.2022 Even today for the third time the petitioner has gone un-represented. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant revision petition. In view of the above, the instant revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
