(ORAL) The petitioner has challenged the legality and validity of order dated 09.03.2016 passed by the Court of learned District Judge, Family Court, Rohtak vide which maintenance has been awarded in favour of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the matrimonial dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and they are residing together. As such, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
