Mr. Tarundeep Kumar, Advocate for the respondent. *** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. Through this application, the petitioner (wife) prays for transfer of petition, bearing No.HMA-147 of 2021 filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled as 'Rohtash vs. Sonia' pending before the Family Court, Jind, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Gohana (Sonipat). Mr. Tarundeep Kumar, Advocate, has entered appearance for the respondent and stated that the respondent-husband is already taking care of three children born out of the wedlock of the petitioner and respondent. The distance between Jind and Sonipat is stated to be only 46 kms. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground to transfer the aforesaid petition is made out.

Dismissed.
