RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) CM-10748-CWP-2023 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Order dated 01.06.2023, Annexure P-7, is taken on record. CWP-12354-2023 Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.2 to 5 to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry for the funds received and utilised by the Gram Panchayat of Village Chak Kheo Wali, Tehsil and District Fazilka, during the period from 2019 to 2023 and take appropriate legal as well as administration action against respondent No.6, i.e. Sarpanch for doing embezellment. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representation, Annexure P-6, was filed on 20.04.2023 but no decision has been taken on the same till date.
