After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation will be moved to concerned District Magistrate for the redressal of the grievance and the District Magistrate be directed to decide the same in a time bound manner so that no prejudice is caused. 2.

Mr. Praveen Kumar, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and submits that in case representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be decided and appropriate order will be passed within a period of eight weeks of filing of such representation. 4.
