General, Haryana representing the State that the girl is a major and thus, keeping in view this situation, this Court cannot in any manner issue directions as it is the personal choice of the girl and her right to life and personal liberty and therefore, in the light of the same, necessary directions are issued to Nari Niketan, Karnal that the girl be immediately released and she will be at liberty to accompany anyone she likes as per her desire and needs.
The petition stands disposed off as such.
