These petitions have been filed for quashing of orders dated 13.08.2013 and 05.12.2017 passed by Ld. JMIC, Fatehabad; and notice dated 15.11.2017 issued by Collector-cum-Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Excise, Fatehahad.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petitions with liberty to avail of alternate remedy, if any, in accordance with law. 3.
