Reply by way of affidavit of Satish Kumar, DSP, Kaithal, has been filed. Same is taken on record. Copy has been supplied. Detenue Ruksar is present in the Court and states that she is residing with Aman Kumar being his wife. She further states that she has changed her religion and is now known as Ritu. She further states that she is residing with Aman Kumar at her own without there being any pressure etc.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the statement made by detenue Ruksar, she may be allowed to withdraw this petition.
