CRR(F)-189-2016 (O&M) Counsel for the petitioner states that the defence of the petitioner had been struck off and he may be given one opportunity to file the written statement.

I have gone through the zimni orders placed on record. The trial Court had given ample opportunity to petitioner Narinder Singh for filing the written statement. It appears that his intention was to delay the proceedings but since the matter is still at the initial stages, one opportunity is allowed to the petitioner to file the written statement. Counsel for the petitioner states that the case is fixed for 5.9.2016.
