(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition was filed by the petitioner against the dismissal of application filed by him under Section 319 Cr.PC. However, later on trial has been concluded and the sole accused has been acquitted, therefore, petitioner is not willing to pursue the present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same. Dismissed as withdrawn.
