The complaint sent by Munish Kumar Kala to the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Punjab and Haryana has been taken up for hearing on judicial side.

Notice of motion was issued to the State of Punjab. The learned State counsel accepted notice. The learned State counsel was directed to get the matter inquired through the concerned Station House Officer and submit the report before this Court. It was also directed that if the detenus are found to be kept illegally against their wishes by the private respondents, then they be produced in the Court on the date fixed. Today, the learned State counsel produced the affidavit of Munish Kumar, who stated in his affidavit that some unknown person filed HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2016.02.08 16:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. W.P. No.1823 of 2015 [2] the criminal writ petition before this Court against the Police Station Phillaur, District, Jalandhar Punjab on his behalf fraudulently without his notice. He is not aware about this petition as to who had filed this petition. It is stated that he has not filed any criminal writ petition personally. It is also stated that even he has never been harassed by the employees of the Police Station, Phillaur. It is also in the affidavit that the above said criminal writ petition may be dismissed.

Keeping in view the affidavit of Mukesh Kumar, no further action is required to be taken in this petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
