(Oral) Learned State counsel has placed on record order dated 08.05.2015, which is taken on record as Annexure A-1 whereby the services of the appellant has been regularized w.e.f 15.09.1982 under the regularization policy dated 19.01.1984 and he stands retired from the Government service after attaining the age of supperanuation i.e 58 years i.e 31.12.2012. The pay and allowances of termination period i.e from 10.02.2010 to 17.07.2012 shall be treated as qualifying service period for the purpose of pensionary benefits. Further the suspension period from 01.10.1984 to 09.08.1986 will be treated as duty period . The pension case will be forwarded to the Accountant General, Haryana for releasing of retiral benefits.
