(ORAL) The instant revision petition arises out of an order dated 10.03.2016 passed by the District Judge (Family Court), Hisar whereby the petitioner was sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of 12 months on account of default in payment of maintenance awarded in favour of the parents namely Bharat Singh @ Bhartha and Kamla under Section 125 Cr.P.C. by the District Judge (Family Court), Hisar vide order dated 23.07.2015.
Unfortunately, during the pendency of these proceedings, parents have since expired.
Since parents themselves have expired, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
