  Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of permit under the Stage Carriage Scheme of 2016 being fully eligible for the same in view of order/ communication dated 30.03.2020 (P314) of respondent No.2 passed in compliance of the directions issued by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No.556 of 2020 (arising out of SLP (Civil) No. 22800 of 2017), decided on 21.01.2020 (P310).

At the outset, instead of pressing the petition on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case representation dated 19.06.2020 (P316) is decided by the competent authority, expeditiously.

      Mr.R.S. Dhull, Addl.A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and he is not averse for the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner.

In view of the agreed stand taken by both sides, but without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose off the present petition with a direction to respondent No.33 Additional Deputy Commissioner3cum3Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Karnal, to consider and decide representation dated 19.06.2020, if the same is pending, in accordance with law, on or before 15.10.2020. Ordered accordingly.
