**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to entrust investigation of FIR No. 0298 dated 22.7.2017 under Section 211, 342, 354, 506 IPC and later on added Section 376-D IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Chand Hut, District Palwal to some independent agency. Challan has already been presented against the accused. Counsel for the petitioner submits that warrants of arrest were issued and Sumitra and four other accused have not been arrested. The petitioner has the remedy and she can file an application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. at the appropriate stage, if the law permits. The petition is disposed of.
