(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents to release the pensionary benefits i.e. leave encashment and gratuity etc. and arrears of salary w.e.f. 01.01.2006 and all other service/pensionary benefits in the revised pay scale to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made part payment, therefore, he wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate representation with regard to remaining amount and interest on the delayed payment.
