The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders dated 07.05.2024 and 30.08.2024 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) passed in CWP-9494-2020 and CM-12506 and CM-12507-CWP-2024 in CWP-9494-2020. The said orders were challenged before a Division Bench of this Court in an appeal being LPA-2044-2024 wherein vide order dated 13.01.2025 direction No.(iv) regarding cost of ₹10,00,000 (rupees ten lakh) was stayed and it was ordered that the other directions of the learned Single Bench shall continue to operate. The said order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2044-2024 was challenged by filing Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s).19087-19088 of 2025 wherein the following directions have been passed :

COCP-2273-2025 (O&M) -2- '2. Accordingly, the present Special Leave Petitions stand disposed of.
3. Till the disposal of the main appeal(s), there shall be stay of the direction issued by the learned Single Judge dated 07.05.2024 passed in CWP-9494-2020, as well as further proceedings in COCP-2273-2025.
4. It shall be open to the parties to bring the present order to the notice of the High Court'.
