RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.444 dated 26.11.2022, under Sections 323, 452, 506, 34 IPC (later added Sections 325, 307 IPC), registered at Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court of competent jurisdiction. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within a period of seven days from today and files an appropriate application for regular bail, the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
