NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurbaksh Singh, CIA Staff, Ferozepur, submits that the alleged detenu Channa Singh was arrested by the local police in a case arising out of FIR No.144, dated 24.12.2015, under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station, Mamdot, District Ferozepur, and at present he (Channa Singh) is confined in judicial custody at Central Jail, Ferozepur. He further points out that in an earlier case of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the alleged detenu Channa Singh has been declared as MEENU 2016.02.01 12:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
