Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.172 dated 23.06.2021 under Sections 323, 452, 336, 307, 148, 149 of IPC , 1860 and Sections 25, 27, 54 and 59 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, District Ludhiana on the basis of compromise.

When confronted with the maintainability of the compromise considering the nature of offences, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition and wishes to withdraw the same. The prayer is accepted.
