In the present writ petition, the petitioners are praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to upload the data of the petitioners online on roster of Home Guards in pursuant to the letters dated 17.06.2025 (Annexure P-1), and to provide duty to the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, submits that at this stage, petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.4 to decide the legal notice dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure P-6) served by the petitioners, in a time bound manner.
