The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to install domestic electricity connection/meter in a time bound manner. 2.
The petitioner is a resident of Bathinda. He applied for an electricity connection with the respondent-authorities. He deposited requisite fee and charges but the respondents have not installed electric meter till date. He has approached the respondent-authorities for installation of the meter but to no avail.
