RITU BAHRI J.(Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 27.05.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned District and Sessions Judge, District Judge Family Court, Sonepat vide which the defence of the petitioner has been struck off.

The defence of the petitioner has been struck off on the ground that petitioner had been granted nine effective opportunities for payment of litigation expenses and for temporary interim maintenance but still a sum of Rs.41,200/- is outstanding against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to clear the outstanding amount but in installments In view of the above fact, order dated 27.05.2016 (Annexure P1) passed by learned District and Sessions Judge, District Judge Family Court, Sonepat is hereby set aside and the instant revision petition is allowed and GAURAV ARORA 2016.08.01 11:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
