*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) This petition under Section 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and further to ensure that they may not be harassed by respondent Nos. 6 to 13.

Learned counsel submits that petitioners are living under one roof since August, 2020. The parents of petitioner No. 1 is greedy persons and they are adamant to get marriage with another old aged boy in the shape of some money. Petitioner No. 1 is aged about 16 years and 04 months. However, parents of petitioner No. 2 have no objection with their friendly live in relation and are ready to keep petitioner N. 1 with them in their dwelling house. Petitioner No. 2 becomes the guardian of his wife i.e petitioner No. 1.
