(Oral) Mr. Bahri, learned counsel for the respondent-Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, having submitted that a fresh order has been passed declining the relief sought by the petitioner and with the person with whom the petitioner has sought parity, also having been issued a similar show cause notice, this petition would not survive. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh one challenging the fresh order passed on 16.11.2021.
