Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release of the detenue from custody.

Learned State counsel seeks to file reply by way of affidavit of Harjinder Singh Gill, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Khanna. According to her, detenue was arrested pursuant to FIR No.31 dated 25.1.2015 registered at Police Station City Khanna. He has been enlarged on bail and is living with his family.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
