Learned counsel has addressed at some length. We have made it clear that no appeal against an order passed under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is maintainable in view of judgment in FAO-M-82-2018 titled as Ritika Goel Vs. Ajay Goel decided on December 06, 2019. In view of above, Mr. Sahu submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh before the court below alongwith any other supporting documents, if required.
